Basic communication and conflict resolution skills are a necessity not only when it comes to potential conflict with customer service but also in basic interaction with others in the workplace.

The proper use of de-escalation and problem-solving skills can be an effective tool when dealing with circumstances that involve intense interactions with co-workers or the general public (clients).

What the Training Includes

The training in this lesson includes:

  • One Hour Lecture
  • Practical Exercise Session

These activities will allow the student to implement the de-escalation techniques and proper listening skills that are discussed. This format will provide the necessary confidence in the event that the techniques are needed in the workplace in an elevated situation or day to day communications.
