Workplace Violence Prevention For PRIVATE BUSINESSES AND TENANTS

Our workplace violence prevention and response training program will train management, human resource personnel and employees on actions to effectively manage a potentially violent situation. Reality-based scenario training will allow them to experience and practice decisive response protocols. This program includes:

Basic communication skills and conflict resolution skills are a necessity not only when it comes to potential conflict with customer service but also in basic interaction with others in the workplace. The proper use of de-escalation and problem solving skills can be an effective tool when dealing with circumstances that involve intense interactions with co-workers or the general public (clients). This training in this lesson includes a one hour lecture and practical exercises that will allow the student to implement the de-escalation techniques and proper listening skills that are discussed. This format will provide the necessary confidence in the event that the techniques are needed in the workplace for an elevated situation or day to day communications.

Suspicious Package Awareness

This course is designed for the private sector employee who requires the skills necessary to recognize and report an incident involving an explosive suspicious item or device.  The course is comprised of classroom presentations designed to familiarize participants with commercial explosives, improvised explosive devices and appropriate response protocols.  The emphasis for participants will be on device recognition, immediate safety protocols and evacuation decisions.  Participants will practice assessing mock devices and implementing response protocols in designated work groups.

HB 60

House Bill 60 has caused a lot of uncertainty since it passed in 2014. This bill dictates where firearms may be carried, and allows residents with a permit to carry a concealed weapon to bring firearms into “bars, churches, school zones, government buildings and certain parts of airports.” In this 90-minute class you will learn how it applies to Georgia businesses and property owners. This course is taught by a subject matter expert who has trained police departments throughout the state.


Over the past few years there has been a steady increase in the crime rate of most cities. People are searching for solutions that will help keep them and their loved ones safe. Luckily, there are things that you can do that will reduce your chances of becoming a victim. This 90 minute course will teach you what things predators look for when searching for a victim. You will also learn several common tricks that predators use to place their victims at a disadvantage. The knowledge gained in the this class will reduce you likelihood of becoming a victim.
